TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- After receipt of the registration fees (payment by credit card or by bank transfer), you will receive a confirmation by e-mail around 2 weeks before the event

- If the payment is made just before the workshop, a proof or a letter of guarantee will be required on the spot

- If you cannot attend the workshop, we will be happy to accept a substitute colleague at any time

- In case of cancellation, we will reimburse your registration (less applicable bank charges) provided that your cancellation is received in writing by 1st September 2009 latest. Please note that no refund can be made after this date and the registration fee is still due, even in case of no show

- The organiser - UITP - reserves the right to make amendments to the programme or any relating activity at his discretion

- Bank charges have to be supported by the participant

- The number of participants for the workshop is very limited. It is therefore advisable to register as quickly as possible.

- Registrations will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.
