     Methodology

The course consists of presentations covering a whole subject from a general point of view as well as in-depth analysis of subtopics followed by case studies.
To foster exchange between the participants, the programme is made up of workshops. It is indeed an excellent occasion to share experiences with other participants but also with instructors.
To provide optimal training conditions, there is also a social programme intended to facilitate interaction between participants.

    Trainers and guest speakers

Mixture of top level professionals from organising authorities and operating companies, EU and UITP experts as well as specialised consultants

Trainers cover a whole topic from a general point of view and do not focus on the specific case of their own organisation or city. They organise dynamic and interactive sessions by involving the trainees in discussions and debates.

Guest speakers illustrate the topic presented by the trainer by presenting the experience of their own organisation/public transport system. UITP endeavours to present the latest and most successful developments in the sector.
