UNIFE reconfirms commitment to Sustainable Development Charter

THE EUROPEAN Rail Supply Industry Association (UNIFE) reconfirmed its commitment to the UITP Sustainable Development Charter at a joint event, ‘The challenges of Sustainable Mobility’, where UNIFE Director General Michael Clausecker, signed the UITP Charter.
The UNIFE Transport & Environment Working Group will be the main point of contact to foster dialogue between the two associations on this topic.

ON THE occasion of their 135th Anniversary, the President of Carris, José Manuel Silva Rodrigues, signed the Sustainable Development Charter as full signatory in the presence of the Secretary of State for Transport in Portugal, Ana Paula Vitorino and Hans Rat. Carris is the largest public transport operator in Lisbon, Portugal. |
