    Missions and objectives

    The Diversity and Social Development Working Group aims to develop the social aspects and diversity issues linked to sustainable development and to define indicators and reporting guidelines.

    Objectives:

    1. To create a platform of exchange on diversity and the social aspects of Sustainable Development;
    2. To get the indicators and guidelines validated by the Charter signatories (they will complete the indicators of the two other pillars of sustainable development, i.e. environmental and economic aspects);
    3. Ultimately the indicators should become internationally recognized;
    4. This working group may also develop other aspects linked to societal aspects of sustainable development and diversity.
