To provide organisational and administrative support for services and membership development
Primary responsibilities will include:

Planning and organisation of meetings and workshops |
| |
- |
Active support in provision of UITP services towards its members |
| |
- |
Active support to Membership development |
| |
- |
Coordination and dissemination of information to members |
| |
- |
Administrative tasks to support the MENA Office activity |
| |
- |
Producing of meeting minutes |
| |
- |
Minor translations |
| |
- |
Written correspondence |
| |
- |
Travel arrangements |
Ideal candidate will have the following profile:

Bilingual English/Arabic. Knowledge of French is an asset. |
| |
- |
Good computer skills (MS office/ Internet) |
| |
- |
Good communication skills |
| |
- |
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills |
| |
- |
Problem-solving attitude and sense of initiative |
| |
- |
Ability to work autonomously and to manage priorities |
