This amount includes conference materials, access to all conference sessions, speakers’ presentations, the lunch and coffee breaks.
Terms and conditions

After receipt of the registration fees (payment by credit card or by bank transfer), you will receive a confirmation letter |
- |
If the payment is made just before the conference, a proof or a letter of guarantee will be required on the spot |
- |
If you cannot attend the conference, we will be happy to accept a substitute colleague at any time |
- |
In case of cancellation, we will reimburse your registration (less applicable bank charges) provided that your cancellation is received in writing by 12th October 2007 latest. Please note that no refund can be made after this date and the registration fee is still due, even in case of no show |

The organizer – UITP – reserves the right to make amendments to the program or any relating activity at his discretion |

Bank charges have to be supported by the participant |

The standard rate of 300€ is applicable to all participants of the Conference and payment is to be made in EURO |

The number of participants for the conference is very limited. It is therefore advisable to register as quickly as possible. Registrations will be accepted on a “first come, first served” basis. |
