REGISTRATION AND CONDITIONS

THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL TO JAPAN

The fee includes:

• All presentations and technical visits                  
• Four nights in a 4 star hotel (25 to 29 November) at Tokyo City Centre
• Reception, all lunches and one dinner
• Transfers and museum admission fee
• 2 Interpreters during 3 days (English / Japanese)
  
  

• The deadline for registration applications is 25 October 2008. Registration is valid only from the moment that the correct payment is received by UITP.
• The payment is to be made in Euro to UITP. Possible costs related to fulfilling the payment have to be carried by the participant.
• Written cancellation requests received before 25 October 2008 will be accepted and confirmed by UITP. Only confirmed cancellations will result in a full refund (minus an administrative fee of 700 €).
• There is no refund for cancellations received after 25 October 2008. A registered person can decide to be substituted by someone else (until 1 week before the event) if he/she can not participate to the Study Tour.
• Registered participants will receive, at the latest 1 October 2008, written confirmation about the study tour actually taking place. This is the case when a minimum of 25 confirmed registrations have entered UITP. If, by this date, less than 25 participants have registered, UITP will officially cancel the event.
• Should the event be officially cancelled by UITP, each received payment for registration will be refunded.
• UITP can not be held responsible for any costs caused by the cancellation of the event. Therefore, UITP advises you not to engage in irreversible financial commitments, at least not before 1 October 2008.
• The organiser, UITP, reserves the right to make amendments to the programme or any relating activity at his discretion.
• Once the registration sent, the name of the participants will be automatically added on the waiting list. A confirmation will be sent within the 5 working days.
• The fee includes 4 nights in a single room (only in the Official Hotel of the Study Tour) and UITP is responsible for the booking of the rooms (see registration form).
  UITP will not pay for a room booked in another Hotel than the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi. If a participant books a double room, he/she will pay the difference. The extra nights will be charged to the participant.
