Limited number of participants to maximise the learning experience and interaction during the programme, “First come, first served”.

Participation Fees

Registration fees including VAT (21 %)                                            
The registration fees cover the lunch, coffee breaks, dinner and the training and coaching session’s full documentation.

   Terms and conditions:

• Bank charges are to be supported by the participants.
• Please note that registration is assured only upon receipt of registration fees or a proof of payment (ex: copy of bank transfer to be sent by email to anne-lise.gilson@uitp.org or by fax to +32 2 660 10 72 to the attention of Anne-Lise Gilson).
• UITP will not cover travel costs for the participation at the Training Programme.
• The organiser reserves the right to make amendments to the programme or any relating activity at its discretion.

   Cancellation policy:

• Please note that in case of cancellation after 15th September 2009, no deduction can be made and the registration fee is still due, even in case of no show.
• You may nominate another person from the same organisation at any time without penalty.
