REGISTRATION

Registration to the UITP Metro Assembly is reserved to UITP Metro Division members. Personal members of the Division will receive a link to register to this event on their email address. Should you wish to receive more information, or be considered to be invited to this event, please contact UITP at florence.reculez@uitp.org

HOTEL ACCOMODATION

Please take note that you have to reserve your hotel room by yourself, please download the registration form and send it back by fax to the hotel.

Procedure:
1. Once the pdf form is open, you will be able to enter the data by typing in the spaces provided in the pdf form. There are text fields, check boxes, date fields and dropdown menus in the form to help you to fill it in.
2. Once the submit button is clicked, it will automatically open the email application (outlook) and will automatically attach the form data as an XML file. You now have to only click on the send button of your email application.
3. There are certain fields which we have kept as mandatory, and if you click on the submit button without filling in the mandatory fields, you will not be able to submit the form and a pop-up message will appear on screen with the mandatory fields highlighted in red.
