Dear UITP members
2009 marks the 10th anniversary of the UITP Human Resources Commission and Corporate Management Commission as independent working bodies.
During this conference, we will celebrate the renewal of our commitment to working together in order to bring excellence to our day to day business as a means to better serve our societies.
The idea of a photo exhibition and contest is challenging for all of us and will present, with one picture, the essence of the Service Relation between a member of the staff and a customer.
