In order to ensure interaction between the Congress programme and the Exhibition and to give visibility to Exhibitors, Expo Forum sessions will allow exhibitors to present their industrial innovations.
Expo Forum sessions will offer Congress delegates and Exhibition visitors an opportunity to learn more about recent technology innovations in the public transport field and business development opportunities. There will be a total of 13 Expo Forum sessions.
In view of defining the Expo Forum content, UITP is issuing the present call for papers to all exhibitors. Selected papers must be presented in English and the presentation may not last more than 15 minutes.
The organisation of the programme has been entrusted to the Business Forum and Exhibitors Commission. It will be responsible for the definition of the Expo Forum sessions based on the submitted papers. The following criteria will be applied for the selection process:
The call is exclusively reserved for Exhibitors of the 58th UITP Congress and Exhibition to be held in Vienna.
Only presentations referring to products, technologies and equipment exhibited in Vienna will be selected.
The number of presentations from a same organisation will be limited.
