Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid (CRTM), the Public Transport Authority in the Madrid Region.

CRTM was founded in 1985 and among its functions are the integrated fare system for the whole public transport network, planning and coordination of PT services and infrastructures and providing the highest quality PT system since the user point of view.

The Board of Management includes mainly members from local, regional and national governments, but private transport operators, trade unions and user associations are also represented.

Languages of the Conference
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French, German and Spanish, except for sessions 4 and 7, where interpretation will be provided in English and Spanish only.
