Introduction
The Public Service Obligations (PSO) regulation came into force on 3 December
2009. However, many points remain unclear about its application. Six months
after its entry into force, the UITP EU-Committee and the UTP (French association
of urban transport operators and railway undertakings) invite European experts to
give their views on the remaining uncertainties of the regulation.
