Before proceeding to your registration, please read carefully the Terms & conditions and cancellation policy.
1. Congress delegates' registration
The 58th UITP World Congress is open to all UITP members and non-members.

3. Rates
The following fees are applicable for participants of the Congress and payment should be made in Euro.

Please note:
- Non-members and their accompanying person who wish to attend the Networking Dinner on Wednesday 10 June 2009 pay a supplement of EUR 100 per attendee.
- A CD-Rom containing the Congress presentations will be available after the Congress at the following special conditions for the Congress participants:
- EUR 120.00 for UITP members
- EUR 240.00 for non members
Please note that the CD-Rom will be offered to the delegates who register online.
4. Languages
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French, German and Spanish during the sessions except when indicated in the programme. Expo forum sessions will be held in English only.
5. Accompanying persons' registration
Only registered delegates are allowed to register an accompanying person. If the delegate has registered on line and afterwards wishes to register an accompanying person, the accompanying person's registration can be done by fax only.
