Terms and conditions for accompanying persons
Accompanying persons are invited to register for the Congress using the delegate's registration form. Only one accompanying person per delegate can register, and they cannot be a fellow colleague. The accompanying persons' registration fee for the Congress has to be paid with the delegate's registration fees to UITP. Accompanying persons' registration fee to the Congress is € 230 (20% Austrian VAT included).
Only the accompanying persons who are registered for the Congress are allowed to register for the optional tours.
These excursions are not open to delegates. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The programme of excursions has been set up by Top Travel Reisen Ges.m.b.H.
Tours include: bus (if necessary) and guide as well as indicated services,except drinks during lunch (when lunch is included). A minimum of 20 persons per language and tour is requested. The tours will be held in German, English, French and Spanish and we currently foresee one bus per language. The order of the visited sights may vary.

The optional programme booking can only be guaranteed upon receipt of the requested outstanding amount. |

Prices are in EURO and include 10% VAT. Top Travel Reisen reserves the right to amend the charges quoted should the VAT rate change before June 2009. |

If there is very limited interest in any particular excursion, it may be cancelled fairly close to the event. All persons booked on the excursion will be offered a place on a different excursion. |
Cancellation policy
Contact Top Travel Reisen Ges.m.b.H. directly in case of changes and cancellations. Only written modifications or cancellations sent to Top Travel Reisen Ges.m.b.H. will be considered.
The following cancellation policy will be applied:

Cancellations received before 1 March 2009 will be refunded after the Congress minus a handling fee of EUR 10. |

For cancellations received after 1 March 2009 or no-shows, no refund can be granted. |
Liability
Top Travel Reisen Ges.m.b.H. shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. The liability of transport and other service companies shall not be affected by the above. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
Payment for the tours only
Bank transfer or credit card may be used for payment. All credit cards will be debited in Euro. All bank charges must be borne by the payer. |
