Digitalising public transport for better operations and service
The digitalisation of our society is increasingly affecting the public transport sector, often also in areas not visible to customers although altering their travel experience. This module will look at a selection of best practices from both the operations and the customer perspectives: How does digitalisation improve service quality management or maintenance and asset management?
