Contracts are an essential tool for a PTA to get a PTO or any other service providers to deliver good transport and mobility services. This training looks at different contracting models based on competitive tendering or direct awarding.

This training aims at addressing general considerations and high-level discussion on contracting and tendering. It will help professionals reflect on their general practice and approach to contracting.

This training is mainly focused on the European context, and different models of contracting that can be encountered in this region, but this training is open to all professionals who would like to gain a key understanding of contracting, especially in the competitive tendering context.
