  • Customised Learning Journeys for SPED school students to build confidence for independent travelling and familiarisation of station facilities
  • Train and station chimes provide melodic cues alerting train arrival and departure and familiarisation tours at new train stations for the visually impaired
  • Wayfinding wall/floor stickers with colourful fruit theme help commuters with dementia navigate transport network
  • Caring Commuter Workshops assist migrant workers in navigating local transport commuting culture
  • Upskilling on inclusivity for frontline staff to better serve commuters in need

  • Showcasing artwork by disabled artists in stations and raising awareness of their talent while supporting their livelihood
  • Exclusive busking opportunities for musicians with disabilities across train stations
