DMRC has introduced smart door to door travel facility through its app. Using this, commuter has to choose origin and destination only. First mile, middle mile transport modes are booked with single click and single payment.

About this Project

Delhi’s urban commuters earlier faced challenges reaching metro stations due to fragmented transport modes and inadequate last-mile connectivity.

DMRC addressed this through its integrated Door-to-Door travel solution, enabling commuters to book bike taxis and auto-rickshaws for first and last-mile journeys along with metro tickets in a single digital transaction through DMRC’s saarthi App.

The end-to-end solution enables integrated booking through unified payment platform and saves total travel time and cost.

Together, these measures promote safe, accessible, and sustainable travel, effectively bridging the gap between metro stations origin and final destinations while transforming Delhi’s urban mobility landscape and enriching overall customer experience.
