The 23rd UITP Asia-Pacific Division Meeting will take place in the dynamic city of Guangzhou, China, under the theme of “Co-Creating the Future of Asia-Pacific Mobility” during 4-6 September 2025.

Jointly hosted by the Guangzhou Public Transport Group (GZPT) and the China Urban Public Transport Association (CUPTA), this meeting will bring together UITP members, policy makers, industry leaders, and innovators from across the Asia-Pacific region.

This year’s theme reflects our shared commitment to co-creating solutions that address the pressing challenges of urbanisation, climate change, digital transformation, and the need for inclusive, sustainable mobility. The meeting will serve as a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and strategic exchange to shape the next era of public transport across the region.

Set against the backdrop of Guangzhou—a historic yet forward-thinking metropolis renowned for its robust public transport systems, commitment to green innovation, and its role as a gateway to southern China, the event offers a unique opportunity for us to learn from one of Asia’s most progressive urban mobility models.

Join us as we reimagine and co-create the future of mobility for a smarter, greener, and more connected Asia-Pacific.
