Hilia Boris Iglesia has a background in Political Science and Economics from England and two postgraduates in from Edinburgh University and University College London. She has also collaborated with various international and European urban networks.

She joined UITP in 2012, and as from 2013 she became responsible of the UITP Transport Economics Commission. She also provides support in UITP Statistics projects and advocacy activities carried by UITP, showcasing best cases of financing and funding practices within the Public Transport industry.

• Ciaran is a member of Oxera’s Transport and Regulation and Market Design teams. He has worked on a range of public policy and economic regulation issues across sectors, including financial services, climate policy and sports regulation.
• Prior to joining Oxera, he worked at Deloitte, focusing on venture capital.

• Rob is part of Oxera’s senior Transport team where he leads Oxera’s work on public transport across Europe.
• He joined Oxera in September 2022, following 15 years in the UK Civil Service, including eight years in the Government Economic Service.
• Rob has held a number of senior roles at the UK’s Department for Transport, working in rail, buses, aviation and roads.

• Danaé is a member of Oxera’s Transport and Regulation and Market Design teams. She has worked on issues related to regulation and public policy in different sectors such as water services, rail transport and banking services.
• Prior to joining Oxera, she worked as a banking supervision trainee at the European Central Bank.
