UITP surveyed more than 50 public transport organisations from over 10 countries to shed some light on the question – and inform key recommendations on what actions to take.
From the prevalence of training and dedicated procedures to the quantity of incident reports, CCTV best practice, and environmental design, the survey’s results inform UITP’s six recommendations to tackle gender-based violence.
