Mobility Hubs & UITP

Mobility hubs: the anchor points of multimodal, seamless mobility. People have greater to access to all kinds of modes, whether it be a train or a shared bike, when they are concentrated at a hub.

As we advance sustainable mobility, the ‘dots’ that connect transport networks must be smoothed out to create a user-friendly experience. Only like this can we make the most of multimodality and expand the reach of public transport systems.

Given that mobility hubs can be complex, UITP’s Mobility Hubs Platform brings together global members to advance research and share best practices on the role of mobility hubs to advance sustainable mobility worldwide.
