From environmental to financial benefits, there are reasons aplenty on why we Move Lite. « Reasons to Move Lite” features authentic stories to inspire more to rethink their travel habits, proving that small changes can create positive impact.

About this Project

People perceive commuting as something banal – simply going from one place to another. But daily commutes have its hidden benefits.

By unpacking the tangible and intangible benefits of sustainable commuting, we aim to inspire Singaporeans to Move Lite and reduce the number of car trips.

Instead of telling people what’s good for them, we used authentic stories to inspire others to Move Lite. Singaporeans were invited to share stories of their daily commute and the benefits that come with it through out-of-home, activations and digital platforms.

We then curated 24 creative stories and turned them into eye-catching visuals placed across our public transport nodes. The stories were also translated to short form videos for socials.
