Amair Saleem is a senior transportation, mobility and infrastructure executive with more than 38 years of international experience across the UK, Hong Kong, Austria, Taiwan, the Netherlands and the Middle East. His career combines executive leadership with expertise in strategy, governance, major programme delivery, risk management, operational readiness and emerging mobility technologies.

He holds a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in Air Transport Engineering from Cranfield University. In 2018, he was awarded an Honorary Professorship by the University of Birmingham, Faculty of Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and Certified Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management. Throughout his career, Amair has operated at the intersection of government, infrastructure, technology and transportation, leading complex transformation and major capital programmes. His expertise encompasses corporate and transportation strategy, risk and governance, public transportation, operational readiness, mobility and transit systems, innovation, system safety, railway certification and regulation, asset management, operational command and control, and Urban Air Mobility / Aerial Taxi systems.

Notably, he has led the certification and assurance of more than USD 45 billion of railway project assets, integrating governance, safety, regulatory compliance, systems assurance and operational readiness to support the transition of major infrastructure into safe and sustainable operations. His leadership appointments have included Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Head of PMO, Asset Management Director, Corporate HSE Director, National Transport Regulator, and Crisis and Business Continuity Director.

Amair is currently Managing Director of Glydways Transport Middle East LLC and Senior Vice President for Operational Readiness, leading strategic market development, government and industry partnerships, and the operational frameworks required to transition next-generation autonomous transit technology into commercially viable transportation networks. His previous organisations include the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Bovis Lend Lease, British Aerospace and the European Space Agency

Holds several leadership positions including General Director of the Ras Al Khaimah
Transport Authority and General Manager of the Ras Al Khaimah Transport Investment
Company. also, a member of the following boards and committees:
• Member of the Supreme Committee for the RAK Vision 2030.
• Board member of the Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
• Member of the airport’s EXCO Committee.
• Board member of the Ras Al Khaimah Energy & Renewable energy committee.

Holds a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Wollongong in
Dubai and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the American University in Sharjah.

Jaspal Singh has 16+ years of experience in mobility, innovation, and technology space. He is currently serving as the Senior Director of Membership and Global Operations (MGO) at UITP (International Association of Public Transport). His earlier roles include serving as the Manager of the IT and Innovation Committee and as the Head of the UITP India Office.

He is also the host of Mobility Innovators Podcast. He has a 360-degree view of the sector as he has worked with the public agencies, operator, startups, and consulting firms.

He is also Principal at Valoriser Consultants, Inc. specializing in new mobility, cleantech, startups, electric mobility, and ITS. Previously, he was working with a public transit authority, reforming the urban transport system in India. In past, he also worked with Uber India’s early team to navigate the regulatory challenges and build partnerships.

He has received several awards for his contribution in the field of public transport and social work, as well as has been widely quoted in publications. He completed his Master of Management and Innovation (MMIE) at Queen’s University, Canada and received his master’s in business administration specialized in International Business.

He is actively working with startups in mobility and logistics space as an advisor, mentor, and investor. Jaspal is an avid traveller and travelled to around 55 countries around the world and counting.

As Senior Manager, UITP (International Association of Public Transport) MENA office Dure is responsible for training, event management, marketing and communications. She been working in the  for Nineteen years with major MNCs, media, government organizations, Non-Profits and Associations. Specializing in sponsorship management, digital marketing and logistics. Dure’s list of achievements include managing events and exhibitions having 2000+ attendees such as MENA Fitness congress and MENA Transport Congress & Exhibition.

Dure holds a Master’s in Business Management degree with a major in marketing.
