About

A dedicated webinar for TfNSW

Save the date: 24 September 2025

As part of our ongoing collaboration with TfNSW, UITP is pleased to host this exclusive, tailor-made webinar on Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and multimodal planning. Designed specifically for internal teams and trusted collaborators, the session will offer valuable insights from two internationally recognised experts, with a focus on practical strategies and real-world applications that reflect the ambitions of NSW’s evolving transport landscape.

This 75-minute discussion will explore how integrated transport and land-use planning can help shape more connected, inclusive, and resilient urban environments. Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers and each other in a dedicated, in-house forum.

Topical aspects the webinar may cover include:

  • Community-centric TOD approaches that support livable precincts
  • Strategies for multimodal integration across rail, road, and active travel
  • Planning for Net Zero and climate-resilient infrastructure
  • Aligning transport and land use to drive urban accessibility
  • Policy insights for balancing private vehicle demand with inclusive mobility

This session is part of UITP’s commitment to supporting TfNSW’s bold goals and fostering meaningful knowledge exchange within the organisation. We look forward to a rich and focused conversation.

*More information will be shared in due course and UITP reserves the right to make amendments to the programme or any related activity.
