Are you passionate about public transport and interested in developing your career within the sector?

In 2021, UITP launched a brand-new Scholarship Programme to offer the next generation of sector leaders the chance to expand their knowledge under the guidance of industry experts.

Lauching the programme, we encouraged applicants to use this new opportunity to develop their careers with a series of courses taken through the year.

With numerous applicants from all corners of the globe, our five selected Scholars have spent the past year learning, developing and advancing their knowledge.

We’ve also spent some time getting to know them with our special interview series.

Now, as Joemier, Mariana, Danait, Iqbal and Utkarsh work towards the final stages of their courses, UITP is pleased to announce that the opportunity for the next set of Scholars to learn is on the way.

The UITP Scholarship Programme will enter into a new term for 2022-2023 with applications now open.

Are you working in the public transport sector? Do you want the opportunity to move forward in your career? Then our Scholarship is open to you.

We’re pleased to be able to extend our Academy Scholarship to a new generation of future public transport leaders. The courses being offered to our new Scholars will provide them with up-to-date information on the latest developments in the sector, taught by leading experts. I look forward to meeting them and watching their careers develop.
