Practical information

How does it work?

  • 8 interactive online sessions and international case studies with presentations by trainers and discussions with the audience
  • Each session lasts 60 to 90 minutes maximum
  • Group size: 30-40 participants 
  • Online training tool used: Zoom
  • Accessible from any location and device worldwide
  • Simultaneous Interpretation (SI) from English to Chinese will be provided in this online training

What material do I receive?

  • Presentations are made available to participants after the training (upon consent from trainers)
  • Recording is not provided

Week 2 (14 – 15 June 2022)

  • Day 3 – Session 5A: Global Update – Why Decarbonization and Electrification are Important?
  • Day 3 – Session 5B: Getting the procurement and commissioning process right
  • Day 3 – Session 6: Getting value out of electric buses
  • Day 3 – Session 7: Case Study – Planning and Preparation for a large-scale procurement and Deployment – Auckland Experience
  • Day 4 – Session 8: Futuristic Case Study – Development of an autonomous, road bound, electric public transport mode to supplement the Singapore public transport system
  • Day 4 – Workshop/Group Work and Group Presentations
