  • Tuesday 19 October – Welcome and introduction to the course
  • Tuesday 19 October – Session 1: Basic Operation Concepts
  • Wednesday 20 October – Session 2: Key strategies and innovations for improving rail flexibility & efficiency

Week 2

  • Monday 25 October – Session 3: Operations Execution
  • Tuesday 26 October – Session 4: Asset management and maintenance principles
  • Wednesday 27 October – Session 5: Maintenance of moving assets
  • Thursday 28 October – Session 6: Maintenance of fixed assets

Week 3

  • Tuesday 2 November – Session 7: Outsourcing vs. In house
  • Wedsnesday 3 November – Session 8: Data driven & predictive maintenance
