Visa to Hong Kong

It is the sole responsibility of the registrants (outside Hong Kong) to take care of their visa application.  Please contact your local travel agent or local embassy for travel visa to Hong Kong.  Visas are at the discretion of immigration.   However, we are very pleased to assist you with the provision of Invitation Letter, if applicable, from the Local Host for visa application to Hong Kong. Dietary/Special requirements

Every effort will be made to ensure people with special dietary requirements are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, catering or arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include details on your registration form under the section related to dietary needs to enable us to make your attendance a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Dress Code

The dress for attendees at the Meeting is Business attire.
The dress for the Official Dinner is Business/Cocktail.
The dress for the Networking Reception is Smart Casual.

Insurance

Registration do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc when registering for this event and booking travel. The Event Committee and Event Secretariat do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.

Name badges

Your official UITP Asia-Pacific Annual Meeting name badge will be provided to registered delegate and non-delegate member attendees and must be worn at all times. It is your entry to any session and ancillary events within the event venue and at social functions. Security staff will be asked to refuse entry to anyone not wearing their designated name badge.

Privacy

Information necessary for your attendance at the Meeting will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with GDPR. All communication with registered delegates will be via email. All registrants will be sent a confirmation letter to your nominated email address of submitting the online registration form. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder prior to contacting the Event Secretariat as it might have been viewed as spam mail by your spam filter.
