Free webinar series: five webinars  –

Second meeting coming...

Last year, Moscow Transport Department and UITP planned The Urban Transport Leader Council as a joint event to discuss urban mobility strategies and innovation in leading cities around the world. Like many others, this plan fell victim to the Coronavirus outbreak.

But as strategy and innovation are now more important than ever, UITP relaunched the idea in the format of five webinars dedicated to discussing how public transport can come out stronger from the current crisis. The first webinar – THE BIGGER PICTURE  took place 28 January 2021.

The next Session will take place February 25. This time we invite you to discuss changing customer expectations.

As usually the event will go in English with simultanious Russian translation.

Session 2

CHANGING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

Focus  on Europe

Recent COVID-19 related restrictions, such as working from home, home schooling or closed shops and restaurants led to less regular travel patterns. A more disperse mobility behaviour may not be aligned with the focus of mass mobility.

Continued concerns for infection and an increased sensitivity for crowds may bring new expectations, which need to be met to keep passenger’s trust.

This webinar will discuss:

  • Innovative products and services to provide attractive channels and offers meeting changed customer expectations;
  • Mobility as a service – new concepts and partnerships to cater for more individualised mobility needs;
  • Improving the integration of public transport with active mobility modes to maintain current trends for healthier life styles.

Webinar wil be moderated by Alexander Polyakov, Chairman of the Eurasian Division of the UITP, General Director of the Mostransproekt and Andrea Soehnchen,  UITP consultant.

– Инновационные продукты и услуги, обеспечивающие привлекательные каналы и предложения, отвечающие изменившимся ожиданиям клиентов;
– Мобильность как услуга – новые концепции и новые партнерства для удовлетворения  индивидуальных потребностей в мобильности;
