About

How has travel changed after COVID?

The MENA CTE set out to identify changes in travel behavior across the MENA region as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Although much work was done on the topic since the beginning of the pandemic, this study is somewhat unique in reaching out directly to the users.

This webinar sheds light on the main findings of the report and brings in some key experts to put these findings in perspective and further discuss customer relationship management in the post-COVID era.

Based on a user survey for MENA residents, the report concluded that there have been changes in travel behavior as opposed to pre-COVID. Moreso, the report captured some interesting information about daily trips, as well as preferences regarding modal choice and measures to attract more people to use public transport
