Next Advisory Board Meeting

5 October 09:30-11:30 (CEST)

Following the postponement of the North America Forum in Jacksonville where the first Stations of the Future workshop would have taken place, the Advisory Board will kickoff discussion on the project picking up on the topic of mega trends and passengers.

This workshop is the first in a series that will collect input for a project dedicated to how stations should evolve.

This workshop will share research on Trends and Developments in the world of stations, subsequently focussing on their users. The format of the workshop will be an initial introduction and overview of the workshop followed by break out groups and can be seen below:

  • Part 1 – Introduction to the Project and Trends and Overview of Developments
  • Part 2 – User Profile Identification
  • Part 3 – Break-Out  Discussion
  • Part 4 – Review

Help shape the stations of the future

Are you a UITP member and do you want to help shape the Stations of the Future?

UITP and KONE are looking for Ambassadors to participate in the project’s Working Group. The group is open for those who want to contribute with their knowledge and expertise on station design and development. Ambassadors will be asked to participate in meetings and workshops, provide best practices, and review and endorse deliverables.
