Egypt is currently revolutionizing its mobility systems on all fronts: bus, tram, metro, high-speed train as well as first- and last-mile projects are currently in development across the country.
The Egyptian government has embarked on aspiring urban developments such as the New Administrative Capital as well as other new cities including New Alamein. To better connect the country’s major hubs, the construction of several high-speed train lines has been set in motion.
After successfully planning and operating the new urban bus network in Sharm el Sheikh, Mwasalat Misr and ACTA are now leading the implementation of the ambitious BRT project in Greater Cairo as well as the New Administrative Capital’s urban mobility network.
