Practical information

Closing date is August 23, 2024

Due to the visa application requirements in China, registrations will be closed 3 months prior to the event. The final date to register is August 23, 2024. This deadline is strict owing to visa processing times.  We recommend you apply for your visa as early as possible. General information about visa regulations is available on the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.

How does it work?

You can opt for a 5-day training and technical trip, or choose a 2-day intensive technical trip
  • A 5-day classroom course with presentations and case studies by trainers, discussions with the audience and technical visit
  • Morning and afternoon sessions including coffee breaks and lunch break
  • Simultaneous Interpretation (SI) in English and Chinese will be provided

What material will I receive?

  • Presentation materials are made available to the participants
  • Certificate of Attendance

  • Day 2 – Session 8: ITS System for e-bus operation from data to actions
  • Day 2 – Session 9: Case Study – Implementing and optimising large e-bus fleet operations
  • Day 3 – Session 10: Manpower Planning and Capacity Building for e-bus Maintenance
  • Day 3 – Session 11: Depot Infrastructure and Equipment Planning
  • Day 3 – Session 12: Occupational Health and Safety for maintenance of e-bus
  • Day 3 – Session 13: Safety Basics and Emergency Handling of E-Bus
