About

The first classroom training course in the ANZ region

As the world settles into a post-COVID lifestyle, many of us are happier with the increase in home-based activities and greater flexibility in our private lives. But for the Public Transport Service Sector globally, this has resulted in ongoing challenges to maintaining ridership and delivering services that align with societal New Normal preferences and expectations.

Many cities around the world, are now investing in creating greater levels of value for their public transport services – transforming locations and facilities into places that offer a range of daily life-related convenient services and where access to and transfer between transport modes, is easy and intuitive.
