About

The aim of this training course is to provide attendees with the means to create and maintain marketing and communications activities that can successfully increase use of bus, tram and train services and which take into account the changing travel patterns / daily life behaviour resulting from the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The course features 8 interactive sessions and includes a workshop for attendees to hands-on apply what they learn during each teaching session.
